Violence against women is there in homes, churches, workplaces and in politics across Zimbabwe and much of it just goes unreported.

It is like a culture within Zimbabwe to look down on women and subject them to inhuman treatment and violence.

Woman are subjected to violence by the police, the army and the Central Intelligence Organisation.

Jestina Mukoko and Lucia Matibenga, to name a few, were tortured just because they had different political views from Zanu-PF government.

The Citizens Coalition for Change Activists, Cecilia Chimbiri, Netsai Marowa and Honourable Joanna Mamombe, were abducted, beaten and maltreated to the point of being made to eat their human waste by Mnangagwa’s statesponsored Zanu-PF operatives.

The comedian Gonyeti was abducted and beaten and treated despicably so as to silence her from making comedy critical of president Mnangagwa and ZANU PF.

Put pressure on Mnangagwa and his draconian government.
