January might be behind us, but some couples may still be feeling the Januworry blues.
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, many couples are looking to have a good time on a budget.
This year, IOL as part of its Valentine's On A Budget series, we have even looked at solo Valentine’s Day ideas, showing yourself some self-love.
Sip and Paint
One of the latest trends, is the sip and paint. Here, you and your partner, or a larger group of couples, paint while sipping on some beverage, which can be either alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
The trend has taken off nationwide, as not only is it therapeutic, but it is also fun.
While many venues offer 'Paint and Sip' sessions at reasonable prices, if you are really on a budget, you can go to any stationary store, grab some art supplies and a bottle of champers, and set up in the comfort of your own home. Light some candles to make it romantic and this can be followed by a meal.
