It is remarkably understated by American custom-car standards, but this is the proposal chosen by online voters for the first Sema Mustang Build Powered by Women project.
The project is a joint effort between Ford and the Specialty Equipment Market Association, hosts of the world's biggest custom-parts show. Three proposals were put forward and the public was asked to vote for which one should actually be built.
And here's the kicker: the project is aimed at highlighting the increasing role women are playing in the custom-car world; the car will be built by an all-female team of volunteers from the Sema Businesswomen's Network - and they've only got eight weeks to do it.
Called High Gear and, of course, based on the current Pony Car, the winning design was penned by Ford engineer Jennifer Seely.
The proposal calls for a subtle body kit, finished in satin black with Rosegold trim elements inside and out, a combination that Seely says was inspired by the jewellery haute couture designers choose to highlight their creations.
Call it the Car in the Little Black Dress, if you will.
It'll also have an uprated engine, tweaked suspension and a righteous sound system - this is, after all, America.
The finished Mustang will be on display at the annual Sema Show from Tuesday, 30 October to Friday, 2 November 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, and will then be auctioned in aid of the Sema Memorial Scholarship Fund.
