Take a 24-second look at Mercedes-Benz's 2014 GLA crossover, which will premiere at the Frankfurt motor show in September, apparently retaining most of the styling features of the concept shown at Auto Shanghai earlier this year.
The GLA, based on the new A-Class platform, is taller and bulkier than its hatch sibling, with a two-bar grille, Stuttgart's current headlight shape and bulging wheel-arches.
ENGINE LINE-UP
Insiders suggest that the engine line-up will include a 100kW 1.8-litre turbodiesel, a 125kW 2.1-litre turbodiesel, a 90kW 1.6-litre litre petrol unit and a 155kW, two-litre petrol four.
And don't forget the GLA45 AMG - best guess there is a 265kW, two-litre turbopetrol four.
