'Should be nowhere near any workplace': Court confirms dismissal in sexual harassment case

A man who claimed he was 'just fooling around' has lost his bid for reinstatement after the Johannesburg Labour Court upheld his dismissal for sexually harassing a female colleague, with the judge declaring he 'should be nowhere near any workplace with female employees'.
