Excellence in the South African property market will be recognised at the Pearl Awards which this year takes place at the Raddison Safari Hotel in Hoedspruit on Wednesday, September 18 with the theme All Things Safari.

Century 21 – which started in South Africa in 2006 – introduced the annual awards ceremony in 2010 to acknowledge and thank those real estate agents who have excelled in the previous financial year and, for the first time, the awards this year will be sponsored by Standard Bank.

“This prestigious nationwide incentive program celebrates those who embody our visionary ethos and top-notch performance standards, elevating them to the highest status within our organisation,” explained Harry Nicolaides, CEO of Century 21 South Africa.

Standard Bank’s Ryan Morgan, a real estate sector specialist, said they were “dedicated to fostering industry growth, supporting innovation, and setting benchmarks for success”.

“The Pearl Awards not only celebrate excellence but also inspire and motivate by showcasing what can be achieved through dedication and innovation.”

As for the choice of Hoedspruit as this year’s venue, Nicolaides couldn’t be more thrilled.

The town has emerged as a leading sales node, thanks to its vibrant economy, driven by citrus and mango agriculture, tourism, and a flourishing property sector.

With its low crime rates, stable infrastructure, and popularity as a tourist destination, Hoedspruit is the perfect backdrop for this prestigious event.

A total of 19 awards will be presented at this year’s ceremony, with 31 outstanding Century 21 South Africa property practitioners making it to the nominations list.

It’s set to be an evening of celebration, inspiration, and a touch of safari magic, so don’t miss out on the chance to witness the best in the business being honoured in style.
