Dr Norman Cahi takes Durban

Durban was always my childhood paradise holiday and whilst on holiday in Umhlanga, I decided to go for a drive into the big city. PIctures/Dr Norman Cahi.

The stunning architectural style of this mosque.
Art deco hotels along Marine Parade.
Of course I never fail to enjoy a hot authentic Durban curry, one of my all time favourites.
Despite the grime and grit we came across some pretty cool street art.
A striking image of a street seller displaying his cabbages.
Indian influence is of course evident everywhere.
The majestic Maharani and Elangeni Hotels were the Queens on the Golden Mile in the 70s.
Another strong image of an awe-inspiring place of worship. One of many mosques.
We always enjoy our stay in beautiful KZN.
