“Continuing from last week here are more of my photos of some of the thousands of doors I have snapped over 20 years. These unique images are all of London doors. Some adorned for the festive season, others just painted in the most stunning colours. All display character and invite outsiders in. The surrounding brickwork, stonemasonry, fan lights and wrought iron add to their allure and charm.”

While walking in Hammersmith at dusk this beautifully lit up doorway caught my attention.
The posh areas of Mayfair and Belgravia in London are awash with examples of eye-catching brickwork designs and heritage architectural gems such as this doorway.
A stunning doorway I came across in London's Notting Hill, the area made famous in the movie of the same name, starring Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts.
